In general, pneumatic equipment consists of the following components:

The impurities formed by the formation of oil pollutants will affect the performance and life of rubber elements; mixing of metamorphic oil with other impurities will form mud, and some clay may be attached to the pipeline and pneumatic components, which will result in increased resistance and even block the control channels, resulting in abnormal pressures and failures of control components.


When the dust and rusty crumbs enter the pneumatic element, they will affect the coordination of the cylinder. This will cause metal powder to form, shortening the service life of the pneumatic element, and possibly causing the component to become stuck and fail. Additionally, powder will accelerate the blockage of air filter, resulting in an increase in flow resistance.


As the lubricant brought by the air compressor is an oil substance after high temperature, stirring, and full mixing with the water, most of the oxide and tar will enter the pneumatic element. If the filtering effect of air filters does not meet the standard, it may cause problems such as lag in equipment operation, inadequate itinerary, and impact production operations, as well as increase operating costs for the corporation.
